Tom Manz is a Navy veteran having served on an aircraft carrier off the coast of Vietnam from 1971-1974.  He has been a community leader in the Jackson County area for over 30 years.  Tom and his wife, Georgiann, have celebrated 40 anniversaries and reside in Blue Springs.  They have two children and four grandchildren.  Their family also includes their much-loved dogs, Molly and Reagan, "the girls."
